PET Bottle Washing Recycling Line is mainly used for crushing, washing, palletizing of PET bottles to realize auto separation for caps and labels: belt conveyer, crusher, steam washer, scrubbing washing unit, rinsing and precipitation washing unit, centrifugal dewatering unit, hot air flow drying unit, and electric control cabinet. Which capability arrange 500-3000KG/h.
Conveying PET bottle→lable remover→ manual sorting table → wet crusher→screw loader →Hot washer→screw loader→high speed friction washer→screw loader→floating washer→screw loader→spray washer → dewater machine → pipe line dryer → label seperator → blower → hopper

Label remover (Usage: for removing the labels by friction between screen and arms)
