Process design concepts and features:
The production process of waste PET bottle cleaning and recycling has been developed for more than 20 years. The processing procedures are as follows: washing selecting and then crushing; or crushing then washing two solutions. This line design process follows the former, but the latter is also included in the function. The key to recovering raw materials is is the removal rate of impurities. The contents of impurities include pollutants in the environment, other materials attached to the original plastic products, and heterochromatic homomorphisms. The higher the purity, the higher the quality of downstream products, and the lower the manufacturing costs and production losses of downstream products. The pure recycled bottle with a total impurity of less than 100ppm is the raw material for the production of high-grade downstream products, and it can also produce the maximum production value. How to achieve this impurity removal rate economically and effectively is the central goal of the process designer. In addition to the purity of recycled bottles, reasonable bottle production costs, process control automation to stabilize bottle quality, production automation to reduce the number of workers, clean production, environmental management, are the central issues that should be considered in process design
