This machine is used for separating labels from different kinds of bottles in the processing of recycling PET bottles. For example: pure water bottle, green tea bottle, red tea bottle, mango bottle, Coca cola bottle, Pepsi bottle and etc. For common pure water bottle, 99% labels can be removed, for full stick bottle label such as juice bottle, 95% labels can be removed.
Special designed blades of the label remover has the characteristic of high inefficiency, high output and long life. A complete blade can be used for1.5- 2 years without changing.The capacity of our product is commonly from 500~3000KG/H.

Working principle:

After plastic bottles entering into feeding mouth, use sharp hard alloy knife teeth to gash a cut on the labels, forming a certain angle between blades welded on the spindle and spindle centerline and rotating with the helix, will convey bottles to the discharge end, and then cutter blade peels the label. Using wind energy to separate is environmental friendly. The bottle and label will automatically separated.

Main Functions:

1. Separate the label paper from PET bottle body.
2. The preliminary work of Crushing PET bottle during cleaning line.
3. Greatly reduce the content of PVC in PET flakes.
4. Greatly improve the production capacity and save labors and materials.
5. The external sediment and other dirt on the bottle can be preliminarily cleaned, and part of PP bottle cap can be detached.
